Debbie,
Chris & Aya from Texas just wanted to send a quick note of gratitude for everything that you and your IIP staff have done for us this past year. As a Top Gun Zee, we can honestly say that the staff at IIP is "the wind beneath our wings". You constantly amaze us with your "can do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

During the past year and half we've asked you to redesign the Libby mascot costume and you did it. We've asked for special order employee shirts and you delivered it. We wanted more variety and faster delivery for the GM supplies and you over exceeded our expectations. And now you are doing everything possible to put together customized Spurs products for our DMA.

Thank you for all you do and please let your entire staff know that they are very much loved and appreciated. IIP is singled out every year at the Top Gun conference as the one company that all Top Gun Zees love doing business with and absolutely can not do without. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do in return for your wonderful support and service.

I know you guys are trying and I understand things can get wacky. You guys are still my preferred vendor and I appreciate how quickly you work to resolve issues once they are brought to your attention. My goal for next tax season is to order EARLY and to check on the process before it gets too late; a minute or two of extra time to check will prevent a lot more frustration and hassle when things have gone too long.

And seriously, you guys are great and I know how hard you work. I'll be sure to get you a beer (or wine or whatever) and a hug at convention this year! I know we (I) can be a demanding bunch and you guys handle us well. Have a great day!

Thanks IIP! I had one of my star tax school students & prospective employee come into the office & while talking to me she broke out in tears and explained how her husband had lost his job, they were served eviction papers and had their power (heat) turned off. She has ages 5, 11, 17. She said they were making due without the power (which has since been turned back on) & were trying to make arrangements with their landlord for the back rent. The thing that was truly heartbreaking was that she had nothing for her children [for Christmas] & no means to get them anything. And the five-year-old was convinced Santa was going to bring something.

I decided to pick up a few things for her to put under her tree for the children.

I had called IIP about a poster I wanted to order for my office and asked if there were any of the hoodie sweatshirts and what the cost was so I could get them for the children as well. I explained on the phone to them the situation my student was in & Beth said she would check the availability and get back to me. I stopped in today to pick up my poster and was presented with a HUGE IIP bag with the hoodies, sweatshirts, hats and assorted toy items for all of the children. They said absolutely no charge for these items, as the entire staff at IIP wanted to help this family through the difficult time they were having.

That act of kindness on behalf of the staff at IIP brought tears to my eyes! I just wanted to share that amazing experience.
